The Unicist Archetype of Japan

Japan has a very powerful archetype to sustain its ultimate purpose that is growth within a communitarian environment and a deep sense of loyalty.  Thus reliability is a natural consequence.

To understand the Japanese archetype we recommend listening to the lecture you find at:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A8vxkTozAdE

Cultures that have a strong drive towards growth cannot accept the defeat of their leaders. The elite of the culture needs to represent the values of the archetype.

The purpose of the maximal strategy of the Japanese culture is the expansion of the community based on the members’ pride for their work and sustained by their collective intelligence as a community or group.

Collective intelligence is in Japan the catalyst of their growth. Therefore there is a need for  integrating the values of the community in order to be able to exert collective intelligence.

Individual intelligence is the entropy inhibitor of the Japanese archetype. It allows individuals to adapt to the conditions of the situation in order to achieve growth.

Loyalty is the final purpose of the minimum strategy. This means that individuals who are not loyal to the structure of the society are considered as aliens.

The integration of aliens implies a very slow process in order to avoid the loss of the roots of the culture.

Strong cultures as Japan respect foreigners based on their values and deeds. Dealing with Japan as an outsider is easy if one accepts that one is a foreigner. Respecting its archetype is the first step to deal with the Japanese community.

Unicist Future Research: The Archetype of the USA

The archetype of the USA explains why it is a leading country in the world, its innovation capacity in hard technologies and its cultural influence.

In the short or the long run a culture behaves according to its nature. Understanding the nature of a culture allows forecasting its future.

Please try to structure the information of this archetype. Please reflect on the information of the following lecture and try to read between and “behind” the lines.

Listening to the lecture is strongly recommended: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c3VU9jrmsjY

We also recommend to Google “unicist theory of evolution” or “unicist ontology of evolution” to access the information on the unicist standard in future research.

This exercise is extremely difficult for citizens of this country because they are naturally culture-blind. The exceptions are individuals trained in approaching the ontology of social behavior.

In two weeks you will find the answer on this blog.

The Unicist Standard in Institutionalization

Institutions are organizations that fulfill the transcendent and personal goals of a group, have a mission to do so, rules to work, guidelines to drive the internal behavior and procedures to develop their activity.

At an operational level, the permanence of institutions is defined through their mission, rules, guidelines and procedures. Their members are those who accept this environment as their own and differentiate the inside from the outside of the organization. Institutions need to have a “wall” separating them from the rest of the world. This wall is defined by the mission, vision, action plans and rules that are applied.

The institution exists when the non-fulfillment of the rules is not acceptable. But this wall needs to have doors to communicate with the environment and gatekeepers to control the communication.

Thus there are four different institutional segments:

-Transcendence driven

-Value driven

-Ideology driven

-Materialistic driven

These four attitudes might be integrated in different roles within an institution.

The speed of a culture has to be considered as given

Speed can be measured in terms of the quantity of actions that are developed in a chronological timeframe.

Cultures have a given timing to deal with their actions. The velocity of a culture must be respected because individuals cannot change their speed, unless they are forced to heroic actions.

Therefore, one’s synchronicity depends on the characteristics of a culture.

Haiti, earthquake and extreme poverty: A contribution of the Unicist Confederation

The dramatic earthquake in Haiti unveiled internationally the structural extreme poverty of the country. But, while the devastation of the earthquake needs to be palliated, the extreme poverty needs to be cured.

The Unicist ontological structure of poverty

The research on the unicist ontology of “Wealth & Poverty” was finished more than 10 years ago. This research showed that every country has emergent, developing, subsistent and under-developing niches in their culture. The wealth of a country depends of which niches prevail.

On the one hand, wealth is driven by work, innovative technology and individual development. On the other hand, poverty is driven by social / individual inertia, the use of subsistence technologies and socializing education.

Social / individual inertia implies that individuals are “imprisoned” by the myths and fallacious myths of cultures. Therefore there is an unconscious “identification with the victim” instead of a “solidarity with the victim”. This drives naturally to poverty.

Extreme poverty requires the existence of fundamentalism. Fundamentalist behavior is the unique valve to escape from the mind-trap of extreme poverty.

But elites are the active drivers of cultures. That is why the development of cultures is basically driven by their elites. Only the local elites of Haiti can cure the structural poverty of the country. This is valid for all the countries that have a structural poverty syndrome.

Don’t give a man a fish. Teach him how to fish instead. Palliatives need to exist, but only if they sustain cures. If not they increase the degradation of a culture.

Our contribution

Unfortunately, we cannot help with palliatives but we can make a small contribution to cures. We offer 100 free accesses to the Unicist Technology Transfer Programs for Haitians so they can apprehend how to develop, step by step, an increase of the emergent niches of their country. This is for all the Haitians that are willing to help their country evolve wherever they live.
