The speed of a culture has to be considered as given
Speed can be measured in terms of the quantity of actions that are developed in a chronological timeframe.
Cultures have a given timing to deal with their actions. The velocity of a culture must be respected because individuals cannot change their speed, unless they are forced to heroic actions.
Therefore, one’s synchronicity depends on the characteristics of a culture.
