Introducing innovation with Corporate University approaches

The crisis requires rethinking markets. The existing boundaries need to be expanded in order to solve the difficulties triggered by the financial situation. Entering in new markets requires innovative technologies on one hand and innovative approaches on the other hand. Unicist Corporate Universities catalyze the growth of markets.
The structure of a Unicist Corporate University (UCU) has been designed to foster expansion both for the organizing institution and for the participants. A UCU works as a catalyst for the business of the organizing company and as a mind-opener for participants.
To foster expansion, UCUs necessarily need to go beyond the boundaries of the activity of participants.

The precision of the use of languages is necessary to deal with Unicist Conceptual Engineering

Conceptual engineering requires a precise definition of the problems and the functionality of the components of the solution. Conceptual engineering implies designing a solution that has to work. Nikola Tesla can be considered a paradigmatic example of conceptual engineering. The solutions he designed in his mind worked usually on the first try. If you read some of the books he wrote you will see the amplitude of the language he managed.

Unicist project management

Original solutions are extremely useful to solve original problems. But what happens when individuals need to demonstrate that they know much more than their colleagues? Heroes appear. Heroes are necessary to deal with engineering problems when they are complex. There is no doubt that Nikola Tesla was a hero. But when solving project management problems heroes are not such, they are just pseudo-heroes, because they need to do things their way to demonstrate their superiority. This can be a problem in real life.
