Entrepreneurs by definition are used to dealing with difficulties. This characteristic fosters a heroic attitude among them. This attitude has two different biases:

1. The hero who is able to sacrifice his or her own interest in order to achieve a superior goal for the business.
2. The pseudo-hero who in fact is a survivor who needs to exert power and is a “middleman” in all problems.

Entrepreneurs evolve when they have the necessary hero to start a business and the necessary team to make it grow. When entrepreneurial organizations are driven by pseudo-heroic attitudes they tend to involve and disappear in the long run.
