Rebuilding the credibility of markets using Corporate Universities

To translate this post, click on the title to open it and then click on your flag in the right menu.

A financial crisis requires building a new credibility based on aspects that are totally or partially new. People need to believe in new things. Thus the existent solutions need to be renewed or repackaged. Innovation is the path, and Unicist Corporate Universities might be the medium.
The structure of a Unicist Corporate University (UCU) has been designed to foster expansion both for the organizing institution and for the participants. A UCU works as a catalyst for the business of the organizing company and as a mind-opener for participants.
To foster expansion, UCUs necessarily need to go beyond the boundaries of the activity of participants.

Unicist financial strategies require the use of conceptual language

To translate this post, click on the title to open it and then click on your flag in the right menu.

Financial strategies sustain the possibilities of any business. There can be an extremely good product and a real market need, but if there is no financial solution the business is just a utopia. To be able to structure a financial strategy to build up a business an adequate use of the language is necessary. Finances require the transformation of words into figures. But to do that without building wishful thinking fallacies, an extremely precise use of the financial and the business language is required.

Unicist Financials – No room for heroism

To translate this post, click on the title to open it and then click on your flag in the right menu.

The financial strategy of a company is necessarily part of a structural solution that sustains the minimum strategy of any business. There is no room for heroic solutions. Few companies grew because they won the lottery. Pseudo-heroic individuals provoke unnecessary risks in order to demonstrate their value. They are just survivors whose egos need to demonstrate that the company cannot live without them.  Of course there are exceptions to this rule. A hero is needed when a company goes bankrupt.
