Synthetic language is required to describe concepts. It is basic for organizational design. Many people perceive it as plain language that has been inadequately used.
Synthetic language has basically ambiguous components, which allow dealing with fuzzy problems. Complexity can only be managed with synthetic language. Therefore strategic management requires a depurated use of semantics and syntactics.
