The research on the unicist ontology of languages, among other aspects, explained the functionality that is implicit in the use of words. The results of this research helped individuals to diagnose reality based on the facts implicit in what is said.
Conflict management turns to be functional when words that are being used are functionally hollow, contents are clear and objective and there is an ambiguity management that allows for conflict solving.

Expanding the influence of individuals in their environment implies necessarily expanding the boundaries they live in. To expand the boundaries there are two solutions:

1) Invade others’ territories
2) Expand the capacity of influencing

The invasion of others’ territories is considered immoral. That is why most of the Ministries of War have been renamed as Ministries of Defense.
To expand the capacity of influencing it is necessary to expand the natural language an individual uses. Therefore it is necessary to develop the use of one’s language in order to be able to influence.
